Two different versions for different needs

Pro: If you have an established list of invitees (ie clubs) and have regular meetings that yo want to track RSVPs and Attendance, the Pro version is ideal for you.  Online RSVPs, automatic confirmations, history reports, surveys with comments, send reminders to those who didn't respond yet. Meal or option selection (i.e. shirt size for example). Track by customizable categories (i.e. Local Member, Visiting Members, Candidates and Guests).  Attach a PDF of the event with the RSVP Invite.

Plus: All the features of the Pro version PLUS many features designed for event and wedding planners.  Maintain a unique invitee database for each event. Generate an event unique QR code for people not in the database to respond and be added. Specialized meals can be set for each meeting, (i.e. Vegan, Steak, Chicken, etc.) to provide caterers accurate numbers.  Notices and reminders can be sent to different categories, such as those who have not yet RSVPed, local members versus visiting members or guests.  Categories can be changed, a wedding event might be; Bride/Groom, Family, Wedding party, Guest. 

RSVP and Check-in

The application transforms into a check-in station on event day. Displays in real time count and names of those who have arrived and those you are still awaiting. RSVP confirmations are automatically sent to either cellphone or email based on individual preference. 

After the Event

Send a survey to attendees which is collected and analyzed automatically. Run History reports by date range and see an individuals attendance and the event counts.

Meetings

A feature in the Plus version is Meeting Availability.  Setup a meeting with up to five possible times.  Send to the individuals and they respond with their availability for each time slot.  The originator of the meeting can then see collectively the best time and send out a confirmation of the meeting with an automatic calendar link and a location which can be a zoom URL.  See slides to the left for the process flow.
