This product is sold as a subscription.  The minimum subscription period is 13 months.  The first month is charged immediately.  After the first month, the subscriber will be charged at the prorata rate; either, 

monthly (1 month in advance),

quarterly (3 months in advance) or

yearly (12 months in advance minus 3% of the total amount).

The billing cycle is selected by the subscriber at the time of purchase or prior to the next billing cycle.
