Annual support provides free updates to the program.  Technical support tickets canbe submitted free of charge and phone support is available.  Database corruption and weight & balance updates are also provided.  For those not a subscription program, support is limited to the online knowledge base for the product.  This database is available to all users and is recommended for initial consultation.  Support is automatically charged annually on the anniversary date.
