How do I receive technical support

Ongoing support can be obtained in the following manner:

  1. Free of charge using the manuals  and knowledge base sections on this website. 

  2. Standard support (trackable ticket system, annual subscription with free updates) by support ticket on left menu bar.                                                  

  3. Gold Support is free 800 number support. Gold is billable in advance at  $250 per year.

Premium and Gold technical support is offered Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (EST).
