General	Form 8710 for Windows is a self-contained windows program that allows the user to complete the FAA Airman Certificate and/or Rating Application on-screen and print out the FAA approved forms on plain white paper.	Click on images below to see large view.
Automation	Most fields can be pre-set to default values. Forms are reviewed for completeness prior to saving. Pull-down lists allow easy "point and click" entry. Authorized names and numbers for signature box inclusion can be added and set as defaults. Negative response explanation boxes are by-passed. Privacy Act statement included. Create your own lists of medical examiners, aircraft types etc.
Save and Search	Forms are saved to a central database and can be searched by setting the search criteria such as date or applicant name within FIND
Printing	Forms print on plain white copy paper, front and back, and looks identical to the FAA Form (4-00). This form is approved by Oklahoma AFS. Optionally, the new regulations allow printing the Form 8710-1 on two (2) pieces of paper. The program makes the appropriate entries on the "back" for the forms to be accepted by Oklahoma.
