Form 337 is an interactive Microsoft Windows
based computer program that allows the user to create, save, modify and
print the FAA form on plain white paper. |

| Interactivity |
Pull-down lists store previously entered tail
numbers and their associated fields, such as, owner name and address.
Some pull-down lists are pre-filled with known values such as aircraft
manufacturer names and model types. Additional aircraft, engine and
appliance manufacturers / types can be added.
Even the FAA Only section can have default language placed within it. |

| Description of Work |
The description of work on the back of the form
can also be saved to a title or name. The description is then
available for another aircraft with similar work, such as a GPS
installation. |

| Saving and Searching |
Forms are saved to a central database.
They can be retrieved for modification by:
- Scrolling through all forms, most recent to earliest
- Entering a date, and scrolling through those forms with the same date
- Entering a tail number and scrolling through the forms with the same
registration number
- Any combination of the above.

| Print |
The program prints out an FAA accepted form on
plain white paper, front and back. Signature boxes include the name in
small print. Dates are printed in MM/DD/YYYY format. |
